Church that we dream of .. HH Pope Tawadros II speaks about: What is the church?!

HH Pope Tawadros II delivered a lecture, at the Fourth Conference of media coordinators which began yesterday morning as he explained the image of the Church that is capable to perform its mission effectively, in the current era and in the future.
His Holiness outlined five features of the church ..
1. Church and the definition:
The church is a spiritual, a serving and a national foundation
(A) Spiritual: because the church is preoccupied with the salvation of human and his repentance
(B) Serving: because the church is preoccupied with the needs of human (all church activities).
(C) National: because the church is preoccupied with defending the nation and our Christ visited Egypt and blessed it
2. Church and time:
(A) Church in the past: we say it is a historic church that has roots which are Creed, heritage, traditions and rituals and it is one of the world oldest churches 
(B) Church in the present: we say about it that it is a Church present with care, education and community service
(C) Church in the future: it has a vision as it expended, we have churches in every continents of the world, our church remained inside Egypt until the fifties and the migration of Copts began after July revolution. In 1961 Copts migration to Kuwait began and than in 1964 to Canada and in 1968 to Australia and then in 1969 to US and in 1971 to England and than the church spreaded in many countries and Currently we nearly have 400 churches and monasteries and more than thirty bishops outside Egypt.
3. Church and the Church corners:
A. Icon (family): The family is the church icon.
B Jewel (monasticism): Monasticism is the jewel of the Church and we must preserve the value of this jewel.
(C) Lighthouse (educational institution):Theological Education is the lighthouse of the Church, St. John Chrysostom said “This is the cause of all evils, the not knowing the Scriptures”.
4. The role of the Church: the Church is:
(A) Salt: it is what gives the sweet taste to the world as we say if we stood in your holy temple reckon as standing in the sky, the Church is characterized by beauty and order.
(B) Light: It means the integrity of behavior because what distinguishes the light ray is  that it is a straight line.
(C) Yeast: It means it  work in the Church it is characterized by working effectively.
5. Church and Virtue:
(A) Faith: strengthened it.
(B) Hope: be hopeful.
(C) Love: serve each one, and its heart is open for every human being.
