color: #000000;\">On March 20, \u00a0Sameh Zaghloul lawyer of the Virgin Mary Church in Coptic hospital In\u00a0\u00a0Mohram Beik, mad a\u00a0request to\u00a0Engineer Mohammed Abdul Zahir Governor of Alexandria on behalf of the people of the church to allow to complete the church development work, which already has a license issued in\u00a0 \u00a02002 from center\u00a0Alexandria District, but was not implemented till Now .<\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-family: 'andale mono', times; color: #000000;\">The\u00a0lawyer of\u00a0the church\u00a0said, that the people of the church suffers from not being able to hold\u00a0prayers\u00a0at the festives or at\u00a0the Holy Week preceding Easter holiday due to the small church space, which does not exceed fifty square meters, forcing the\u00a0worshipers to stand on the steps of the hospital and in the streets in front of the church.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'andale mono', times; color: #000000;\">Center of Alexandria district has issued License No. 191 of 2002 that allows the\u00a0Church to establish a\u00a0separate entrance from the entrance of the hospital and build two rooms for\u00a0the church and back-stairs.<\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-family: 'andale mono', times; color: #000000;\">But these constructions\u00a0have not been done so far because of the intransigence of the therapeutic Foundation owning the Hospital, which banned the church from beginning the development work since the issuance of the license in 2002 until now.<\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-family: 'andale mono', times; color: #000000;\">The people of the church have shown in the applications they filed to the governor of Alexandria their commitment to develop the third-class dormitory in the hospital and\u00a0become a\u00a0Department for\u00a0elderly, and that on\u00a0their own expense and from their donations, and this is the agreement the therapeutic institution concluded with the church in\u00a02002, in return that\u00a0the church be developed \u00a0, but later they reneged on that agreement and rejected the completion of any construction in\u00a0the church.<\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-family: 'andale mono', times;
