Their eminences Anba Moussa, General Bishop of\u00a0youth, Anba\u00a0Raphael General Bishop of downtown Cairo\u00a0Churches and secretary of the Holy Synod, Anba Ermia, General Bishop and head\u00a0of the Coptic Orthodox Cultural Center and Anba\u00a0Marteros Bishop of\u00a0eastern railway, headed on Sunday, February 5, 2017, funeral service of martyr Demiana Amir, 14, martyr No. 29 of the Petrine church bombing.<\/span><\/h2>\n

The\u00a0martyr coffin entered the church by a\u00a0Scouts march and the church was decorated with flowers and Demiana name was written with flowers.<\/span><\/h2>\n

Anba Moussa, Bishop of\u00a0youth, conveyed\u00a0the condolences of HH Pope Tawadros II,\u00a0Bishops and priests to the family of martyr Demiana Amir who passed away yesterday affected by\u00a0her wounds.<\/span><\/h2>\n

Anba Moussa said, in the\u00a0sermon of the funeral service at\u00a0the Petrine Church, our Muslims brothers came to bid farewell to Demiana, who went to heaven\u00a0and was greeted by St. Demiana\u00a0and the Forty-virgin martyrs.<\/span><\/h2>\n

His eminence added, no doubt it was a\u00a0joyful meeting, and we perished\u00a0her with\u00a0joy because we wedded her to heaven, she went to the paradise, to ineffable joy.<\/span><\/h2>\n

Anba Moussa continued, Demiana\u00a0is flapping with her wings above us, and tell us live in the way\u00a0I lived, and bond\u00a0with God\u00a0like I did, and learn from the martyrs, the first rank\u00a0in the church is\u00a0the worshipers, the upper rank the saints, and the top rank is\u00a0the martyrs, preceded only by angels.<\/span><\/h2>\n

Anba Moussa, cited the little girl did not have a\u00a0wedding, but now she is paraded to the sky to\u00a0a big\u00a0wedding, became a\u00a0patroness to\u00a0us and a model for adults and children in order to live a life of righteousness.<\/span><\/h2>\n

Her family announced that Demiana’s body will be buried in St.\u00a0Shenouda cemetery\u00a0 within the mass graves of the martyrs of the Petrine ministry.<\/span><\/h2>\n

Demiana was\u00a014 years old at the second preparatory grade\u00a0in Notre Dame school, and was receiving treatment\u00a0at Al-Galaa military hospital since the bombing of the Petrine Church until passing away\u00a0on Saturday.<\/span><\/h2>\n
