On Monday morning, 25 December 2017, His Holiness Pope Tawadros II,\u00a0headed a church delegation to\u00a0greet the Copts Catholic for Christmas according to the Western calendar, which is today.<\/span><\/h2>\n

The Pope and the accompanying delegation went to the Patriarchate of the Coptic Catholics residence at\u00a0Kobry el Kobba where they were received by His Beatitude Patriarch\u00a0Ibrahim Isaac and a number of Catholic bishops, priests and notables.<\/span><\/h2>\n

The delegation accompanying His Holiness the Pope included Their Eminences Bishop Marcos, Bishop of Shubra El Kheima,\u00a0Bishop Daniel, Bishop of Maadi, Bishop Ermia, General Bishop, Fr. Sergius Sergius, Under-Secretary General of the Patriarchate in Cairo, Fr. Angelos Isaac\u00a0and\u00a0Fr. Amonius Adel, Secretary of the Pope, Fr.\u00a0Boulos Halim, Spokesman of the Church and Professor Gerges Saleh Honorary Secretary of the Middle East Churches Council.<\/span><\/h2>\n

\n Before we are\u00a0denominations we are brothers in Christ and friends and it is a great honor for us to\u00a0receive your holiness with the fathers accompanying your Holiness.<\/span>
\n We\u00a0are witnessing the beginning of the nativity joy as your Holiness said to us and may our Lord takes hold of your right hand to continue your pastoral message to all Christians and all Egyptians.<\/span><\/h2>\n

\n A beautiful tradition that we visit each other\u00a0for the feasts ….. and today we meet with the Patriarch and the Fathers,\u00a0as exchange of love and stressing on it. Jesus came to the world for the whole world and the salvation of every human being, and the coming of Christ\u00a0brings joy, salvation and love.<\/span><\/h2>\n

On\u00a0the birth of the Christ in the village of Bethlehem, where the Virgin Mary and Joseph the carpenter came to look for a place to stay, they found refusal to accept them or to find a place for him, while Christ came to every man, including those in Bethlehem. For Christ, he was born in\u00a0an available simple\u00a0and despicable manger a place\u00a0where baby Christ received the simple and wise Magi and met many souls\u00a0including Simeon the Righteous, Hanah the prophetess, Elizabeth and Joseph the carpenter. The Virgin Mary, Hannah\u00a0the widow, Elizabeth the married, Simon the\u00a0Righteous and Joseph the carpenter all met. Christ was a convergent center, while he was refused\u00a0he\u00a0accepted everyone.<\/span><\/h2>\n

Christmas message is to have in your heart a place for each one, O man, He has created you in the midst of humans so that your heart be a refuge for all human beings.<\/span>
\n The\u00a0big\u00a0heart can accommodate all, Christ .. your friends .. your neighbors .. your coworkers.<\/span><\/h2>\n

This year\u00a0practice: Make your heart accommodate everyone<\/span>
\n Ask yourself does your heart accommodate everyone?\u00a0Do\u00a0you have love for everyone?<\/span><\/h2>\n

The virtue of the\u00a0Big heart\u00a0is to love all people\u00a0and have\u00a0a place for every one in your heart.<\/span>
\n We celebrate\u00a0Christmas from beginning of the 25 December Western\u00a0Christmas and\u00a0 until the New Year and 7 January Eastern Christmas.<\/span>

\n And\u00a0that love be\u00a0 always existing, constant and rooted.<\/span><\/h2>\n
