The 40th day anniversary mass of the 8 Martyrs of Sts. Mina and Pope Kyrillos Church of Helwan who were killed\u00a0in the terrorist attack that targeted the Church last\u00a0December was held\u00a0on Saturday morning at the Monastery of Saint Barsoum,\u00a0 the\u00a0martyrs .<\/span><\/h2>\n

The mass was led by HG Bishop Basanti, Bishop of Helwan and Maasara and the participation of Bishop Botros, General Bishop, Bishop Salib, Bishop of Mit Ghamr and Daqados\u00a0and Bishop Ishak, General Bishop\u00a0in Fayoum together with the monks of Wadi elRayan, St. Bishoy, Syrian and Baramos monasteries.<\/span><\/h2>\n

The mass was attended by the church congregation, members\u00a0 from the house of representatives and a delegation from Awqaf.<\/span><\/h2>\n

HG Bishop Salib,\u00a0delivered\u00a0a sermon in which he offered condolences to the families of the martyrs on behalf of His Holiness the Pope.<\/span><\/h2>\n
