The Coptic Orthodox Cultural Center and ME Sat Channel, headed by His Grace Bishop Ermia, the General Bishop and Head of the Coptic Orthodox Cultural Center, celebrated the sixth anniversary of the Papacy of Pope Tawadros II, the Patriarch of Alexandria and See of St. Mark, in the presence of a number of the Holy Synod\u2019s Bishops and the employees of the Center and the Channel.<\/span><\/h2>\n

The celebration was held after Pope Tawadros II concluded the Scientific Conference of Sunday School\u2019s events which were held at the Coptic Orthodox Cultural Center. The participants in the celebration chanted the hymn \u201cTo the very end of the years\u201d, His Grace Bishop Ermia presented a pastoral staff as a souvenir to Pope Tawadros amidst an atmosphere of joy and love.<\/span><\/h2>\n

Pope Tawadros cut a cake made for him to celebrate his sitting on the See of St. Mark in Novermber, 18, 2012, succeeding the Triple Beatified His Holiness Pope Shenouda III, the 117th Patriarch of Alexandria.<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n
