Last week, we also covered the nature of a life of contentment and characteristics of a human who lives such a life, focusing on the statement of St. Paul the Apostle in the Epistle to Philippians: &#8220;For I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content.&#8221; Today, he tells us &#8220;Y<span style=\"color: #000000;\">ou yourselves know that these hands have provided for my necessities, and for those who were with me&#8221; as well as &#8220;I have coveted no one\u2019s silver or gold or apparel.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Today, we tackle the virtues of a life of contentment and the obstacles confronting such a life. It is beneficial to place before our eyes the Virgin Mary as an epitome of the life, for which we are all in need.<\/p>\n<p>A person who leads a life of contentment is a virtuous person.
