Attorney General Nabil Ahmed Sadik ordered to refer 48 terrorists to military court charged of being commanders in ISIS terrorist group and founding two terrorist cells in Cairo and Qena.
The indictments includes bombing of the three churches (Al-Botrosia in Abbassia and St. Mark church in Alexandria and St. George church in Gharbia) and killing and attempt of killing worshipers of these churches and security forces
The charges include the attack on the ambush of Naqab and killing a number of police officers, attempt of killing the rest and the seizure of their weapons .. manufacturing and possession of explosive devices and jackets, firearms and ammunition .. And joining a terrorist organization outside the country and receive military training in camps organized by the Islamic States of Libya and Syria.
