On Monday, Misdemeanor appellate court in Minya, Under supervision of judge Abdul Rahim Abdul Malik the Attorney General of south of the province prosecutions, released Nazir Isaac, accused of burning Copts homes in El-Karam village, and stripping 70 years old Coptic lady, who committed his crime in response of rumors of a relationship that exist between his wife and the son of the Coptic lady.
Ismail Sayed lawyer of the defendants, said that the defendants were released on bail of 10,000 EGP, after the appeal on their imprisonment decision.
