The Coptic Orthodox Cultural Center held a huge ceremony on Thursday February 8, 2018, to honor the winners of the Dr. Makram Mahnna Award for Scientific Creativity, granted annually, under the chairmanship of His Grace Bishop Ermia, General Bishop and head of the Coptic Orthodox Cultural Center.
The ceremony was attended by Dr. Abdelwahab Ezzat, President of Ain Shams University, Dr. Nadia Zakhari, former Minister of Scientific Research, Dr. elAdawi, former Minister of Health, Major General Atef Yacoub, Chairman of the Consumer Protection Authority, and members of the family of Dr. Makram Mahanna.
The prize was awarded jointly to Dr. Tamer Hussain Mohamed Amara and Dr. Mina Ibrahim Tadros Ayyad
Dr. Tamer Hussein founded “teach and treat” initiative to share scientific and clinical expertise in the field of medicine and neurology of Ain Shams University with the places in need in Africa through telemedicine and direct communication.

Dr. Mina Ibrahim, Pharmaceutical journal to format anti-cancer drug chlorambucil to the form of nanometric granules using natural soluble ingredients that can be injected intravenously as substitute for insoluble tablets form.
