His Grace Bishop Karas held a Celebration to honor His Excellence The General Ambassador in New York Sir Ahmed Farouk, whose service period of the Egyptian Embassy in New York has ended. His Grace Bishop Ermia who was sent by His Holiness Pope Tawadros to welcome the President of Egypt Abdelfattah Alsisi in his upcoming visit to the United Nations, attended the celebration. Also, present were His Grace Bishop David; bishop of New York and New England and His Grace Bishop Makarius The General Eritrean Bishop. In addition, some priests and members of the Egyptian Embassy in New York, country officials, and many members of the New Jersey Egyptian Community were in attendance. We thank his excellence for his service and his work with the Egyptian Community. We hope that he finds success in his upcoming responsibilities.
