And in all your getting, get understanding.” (Proverbs 4:7) Wisdom is the basis of the virtues that Man has and is far more valuable than anything else Man possesses, HH Pope Shenouda III has been known to be extremely wise that everyone witnessed for his wisdom; from inside the church or outside of it , to the extent that he has been called “Arab’s Wise Man”
“Through wisdom a house is built, and by understanding it is established” (Proverbs 24:3) And it is through His Holiness wisdom that He could build the house; whether his personal house, i.e., his soul, or the house on which God trusted him when he became General Bishop for Christian Education then Patriarch. It is said, “If you are planning for one year, plant rice; if you are planning for 20 years, plant trees; if you are planning for 100 years, educate people”, This was the vision of Pope Shenouda III, who gave education and culture a special place in his life.
