The Coptic Orthodox Cultural Center, under the patronage and in the presence of His Grace Bishop Anba Ermia, General Bishop, President of the Center and the “ME Sat” TV network, celebrated on Saturday, May 23, 2026, the graduation of participants in the media training courses organized by the Center. The programs included Arabic language, news bulletins, voice-over, and television production courses.
The courses and graduation ceremony were presented by media professional George Rashad, Director of the Presenters Department in the News Sector at Egyptian Television and ME Sat Channel.
The Arabic language and news bulletin courses lasted three months, while the voice-over and television production courses lasted two and a half months. The training included practical work inside the news and program studios of ME Sat Channel, alongside a distinguished group of presenters and media professionals from the channel.
During the ceremony, certificates were awarded to the trainees by His Grace Bishop Anba Ermia, General Bishop and President of the Coptic Orthodox Cultural Center and the ME Sat TV Network, along with Michel Morjan, member of the Steering Committee, Wael Mohsen, member of the Executive Committee and Director of Human Resources at the Center, Bassem Saad, Director of ME Sat Channel, Dr. Amani Ghali, Director of Training and Production, Dr. Janet Fawzy, Director of the Academy, Magda Asaad, academic supervisor of the courses, and media professional George Rashad.
The ceremony also announced that top-performing graduates would be granted a 15-day training opportunity at ME Sat Channel, in addition to producing a special program for the first time to be broadcast on the channel’s social media platforms.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, and as a step toward strengthening training and education prospects, His Grace Bishop Anba Ermia signed a new cooperation protocol with Mr. Abdel Nasser Zahran, Director General of the AMAK Training Center affiliated with the Al-Ahram Foundation. This comes as part of the Center’s strategy to expand professional and creative training programs for youth and children, continuing the successful cooperation between both parties since 2023.
The protocol aims to provide an advanced package of specialized training programs and courses, whether in-person or online, offering broader opportunities to acquire skills according to the latest professional standards. It focuses on modern fields such as artificial intelligence, digital marketing, social media management, and cybersecurity, in addition to programs designed for children and youth such as “Junior Programmer,” “Junior Graphic Designer,” and “Junior Presenter.”
This cooperation builds on previous successes, including the “Professional 2D Designer Diploma,” which covered training on Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign, with internationally accredited certificates from Adobe, enhancing trainees’ readiness for the job market.
Both parties affirmed that this protocol represents a new step toward preparing scientifically and practically qualified professionals capable of keeping pace with rapid developments, contributing to human development and empowering individuals with future skills.
The signing of the protocol, alongside the graduation ceremony, reflects the vision of the Coptic Orthodox Cultural Center in integrating continuous training and qualification, supporting development efforts and nurturing a generation capable of creativity and active participation.
