In collaboration with the Youth Bishopric – the fort course – “the existence of God” Lecture – “knowledge and practice” of Bishop Zosima 11/05/2016

In the framework of cooperation between the Coptic Orthodox Cultural Center and Youth Bishopric, the fort course is held in the Coptic Orthodox Cultural Center, which is a specialized training for secondary grade servant in how to present doctrine to students, the course will take place every Saturday from time 18:00 to 21:00 from Saturday, November 5 to Saturday December 3, 2016, and in the presence of a group of bishops, priests and servants.

The first day of the “fort” course included two lectures of Bishop Zosima Bishop of Atfeeh, Elsaf and related area.

His first lecture was about “the existence of God”

In which he cleared that atheism is not a new “fashion” as some believe, but it is an old thought since the beginning of the universe as explained by Pope Athanasius in “Incarnation of the Word” book.
His Eminence also explained how God created nature and human, and how the creation of human is not a “coincidence” as some people claims. His Eminence turned to the beauty that God coined by the universe and how universe is the first witness to the presence of God. At the end of the first lecture His Grace answered Attendees questions.
