The court ruled the case against Fr. priest Makari Younnan null, after the plaintiff waived his civil and criminal case.
This came in the statement of lawyer Mamdouh Ramzi, the defense of Fr. Makari Younnan.
The court was considering the case against Makari Yunan, the priest of the Coptic Church in Azbekia, for accusing him of contempt of religion after his response to Sheikh Salem Abdul Jalil, who described Christianity as a “rotten doctrine”
