Dr. Abdul Wahab Ezzat, Vice President and Acting President of Ain Shams University, hosted a delegation from the Egyptian family house that combines, Al-Azhar and the Egyptian Church, included HG Bishop Ermia, General bishop, head of the Coptic Orthodox Cultural Center and Egyptian family house Secretary-General assistant, His Excellence Dr. Sheikh Mohammad Gamaa, Sheikh of Al-Azhar representative and general Coordinator of the Egyptian family house, Prof. Isaac Agban Institute of Coptic Studies secretary and rapporteur of the Monitoring Committee in the Egyptian family house, Dr. Gerges Saleh rapporteur of the Emergency Committee of the Egyptian family house, Dr. Jihan Abdel Wahed family culture committee secretary in the Egyptian family house, Dr. Heba Shahin, a professor and head of communication and media department at the Faculty of Arts and director of the Media Center of Ain Shams University, Mr. Samir Abdel Nasser Assistant Secretary of Ain Shams University for Community Service and Environmental Development and Dr. Tarek Mansour from the Faculty of Arts, Ain Shams University. The goal of the meeting was to discuss ways of cooperation between Ain Shams University and the Egyptian family house, as well as holding protocol of cooperation between the university and the family house supervised by the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar and HH Pope Tawadros II Patriarch of the see of Saint Mark.
Talks dealt with all forms of cooperation between the two institutions, where it was agreed to hold a series of family house awareness and cultural seminars in all faculties of the university and reach all the student segments, not only during the study, but throughout the year, in summer camps and at the university dorms.
A committee combining Egyptian family house and Ain Shams University was formed to develop a comprehensive vision of cooperation frameworks between the university and the family house.
