Under the supervision of Counselor Hatem Fadel, Attorney General of the Southern Giza Prosecution, ordered the arrest of the owner of the house of Kafr El-Wasaleen in Atfih, where clashes took place following the rumor of turning the house into a church for 4 days.
Counselor Mohamed Ali Hamouda, the head of the prosecution, charged him with establishing a building without a permit and run a nursery without a permit after receiving national security and criminal investigation.
The prosecution ordered the detention of 15 Muslims for four days accusing them of using religion as a means of extremist ideas in order to provoke sedition resulting in damage to national unity, gathering and bullying, showing force and brandishing, intentional destruction of property of the house owner and entering an inhabited property for the purpose of committing a crime.
Also ordered the arrest of two fugitives and decided to release the house owner son Naji Eid Attia and his brother Samir Attia Saad Ibrahim with personal guardianship.
The defendants denied charges during 19 hours investigations conducted by a team of prosecutors that included Ahmad Hosni, Muhammad Shahra and Islam Nizar, agents of Saf first degree prosecution.
