His Holiness Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria, anointed the relics of Sts. Moses the black and Isithorus; at el-Baramos monastery in Wadi El Natroun; during the vesper service of St. Moses the black, on Sunday.
The service was held with the participation of the three pontiffs ” HG Anba Sarabamon, Abbot of St. Bishoy monastery, HG Mettaos, Abbot of el-Surian monastery, Anba Isithoros, Bishop of Baramos monastery.”
The service was also attended by Their Eminences, Anba Raphael, General Bishop of Downtown Cairo churches, Anba Serafim, Bishop of Ismailya, Anba Makari, General Bishop of the south Shubra Churches, Anba Angelios, General Bishop of north Shubra Churches, Anba Marcos, General Bishop of Hadaeq Al-Qubba and Al-Waili; Anba Aklimandes, General Bishop of Almaza, El-Haghana and East Nasr City Churches, and Anba Hermina, General Bishop of Ein Shams and Al-Matareya churches.
