Under the patronage of His Holiness Pope Tawadros II Pope of Alexandria a huge ceremony was held at the Coptic Orthodox Cultural Center , On the occasion of late Father Salib Suriel “pioneer of consecration and education” centenary birthday. A group Bishops attended the Ceremony including Their Eminence: Anba Ruiz “Rewes” General Bishop, Anba Moussa Bishop of youth, Bishop Isaiah Bishop of Tahta and related areas, Bishop Seraphim Bishop of Ismailia, Bishop Cozman Bishop of North Sinai, Bishop Jeremiah General Bishop and Chairman of the Coptic Orthodox Cultural Center, Bishop Theodosios Bishop of central Giza, Bishop Yohanna “John” Bishop of North Giza , Bishop Julius General Bishop of ancient Egypt”Masr ElAdima”,Manial and the Fom AlKhalig, a group of fathers, priest, consecrated persons, Diocese of Giza servants and members of Father Salib Suriel family.
The ceremony began with His Eminence, Bishop Theodosios speech where he expressed his gratitude and thanks to His Holiness Pope Tawadros II for attending this ceremony and thanked HG Bishop Jeremiah and those who were responsible that celebration go out in this way and To befit with, “Father Salib Suriel stature.”
