The Coptic Orthodox Diocese of Qena participated in the consultative session to draw up the proposal for the strategic plan for literacy in Qena Governorate 2018-2020 and sent its representative Fr. Elia Sabri at South Valley University.
Dr. Abbas Mansour, President of South Valley University, stressed that illiteracy constitutes a major obstacle to improving living conditions. Therefore, solutions must be found to solve this problem and to reach the reasons that lead to this problem.
