“Ministry of Justice” return properties to Aswan Diocese after 20 years

Judge Hossam Abdul Rahim, Minister of Justice, issued a decision to return properties to Aswan Diocese as they are the original owners of these properties, and stop using it as dorms for judges.
The decision was issued by the Minister of Justice after a meeting , Tuesday, with Anba Hydra, Bishop of Aswan, and a number of House of Representatives members from Aswan.

Judge Khaled Nashar,  spokesman for the Ministry of Justice, said that the minister had responded to the appeal of the delegation of Aswan to return some of the Diocese properties, which was used as a rest area for judges since 1997.

Nashar added that he gave instruction  to the Assistant of Minister of Justice for courts architectures affairs to move the property from the possession of the ministry to its respective owners.

Aswan delegation, expressed their happiness and gratitude to the minister for it’s quick response to their demand.
