As a continuation of the series of banning Copts from praying, four new churches were closed where religious ceremonies were practiced.
1 – Sts. Virgin Mary, St. George and Abu Seifin Church in Alhagr village, Saqalta center, Sohag, has been closed and electricity and water cut off at the church.
2 – St. Moussa Church in al-Qeshiri village, Abu Qorqas in Minya, Number of extremists attacked the church and building belong to the church, that include nursery to serve the children of the village.
3. Closing of St. Virgin Mary Church in al-Karam village in Abu Qorqas, Minya and preventing Copts from exercising their most legitimate rights in freedom of worshiping and freedom of practicing religious rites, which are considered axioms of human rights and preventing them from praying and closing their churches which collapsed the state rule of law.
4 – Closing of St. Abu Seifin Church in Sheikh Alaa village in Menya and domiciliation of the church priest and three others and prevent any person to enter the church and inspect them.
