HH Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of the see of St. Mark, headed the thanksgiving prayer on the occasion of Jesus’ flight into Egypt, which began with the Hanging Church, the celebration was attended by a large number of bishops, including Anba Daniel, secretary of the Holy Synod, Anba Bishoy, Metropolitan of Kafr El Sheikh and Anba Julius, Bishop of Old Cairo.
HH Pope Tawadros II, led deacons parade parade to the place of the Holy Family ceremony in the Coptic Museum. While the Coptic Museum lit up, and the guests began to gather amid tight security measures.
