On the sidelines of his visit to Egypt, which began yesterday, “Francois Holland,” France President, visited Saladin Castle and the Coptic Museum ,He was accompanied during the visit, by Dr Khalid Anani, Minister of Antiquities, Dr. Atef Nagib Director General of the Coptic Museum, Bishop Daniel and Bishop Julius deputies for His Holiness Pope Tawadros II, and Mrs. Sally Osman first undersecretary of the Coptic Museum who guided the president. Mr. “Holland” expressed his fascination with what he saw from antiquities and civilization telling the history of an entire nation, stressing that his choice to visit the castle and the Coptic Museum came to confirm that Egypt is a country of security and tolerance since ancient times. “Holland” also sent a message of reassurance from the heart of the Coptic Museum where he invited various countries of the world to visit Egypt, stressing that the coming period will witness cooperation between Egypt and France in many fields, including the field of archaeological work.
