They say, “The best time to start doing good is now”
But let me say that the best time to start “any business” is “now”. We have “now” in our hands, we do not have the “past” and we cannot change it. We cannot claim that we have the “next”. All we can plan for is “now”: our present. So do not let the day slip out of your hands, without realizing what you want to accomplish, and as they say in the West, “It is not too late” that is, you can start doing what you wish “now”, which gives you motivation and sharpens your resolve to go forward toward what you want to achieve.
One might ask: What can I start now? On the physical and psychological level, using your intellectual capabilities, you can start doing so studies to increase your knowledge then succeed in your work, or you can study another area you would like to discover that is different than your area of expertise or what you do. You can start now to discover your talents, if you have not discovered them yet, and develop them. Some believe that talent does not appear at old age, but that there is no specific age in which the talents of man are melted, but talent remains hidden in man’s heart until he is able to discover it. For example, “Al Nabigha Al Dhubiyani” showed a poetic talent at the age of forty. Thus his people called him, “Al Nabigha” or the brilliant.
Moreover, Isabel Allende has launched her first novel, “The House of the Spirits” at the age of forty.
Many artists have discovered their talents at an old age: namely, the Dutch artist Vincent van Gogh, whose works are among the most famous pieces of art in the world. Gogh was an introvert because of psychological and mental illness. His first successful work “The Potato Eaters” was at the age of 33; he did not stop there; he wanted to develop his talent in painting by acquiring new ideas and discovering modern arts, so he moved from Netherlands to Paris. Van Gogh died at the age of thirty-seven, leaving more than two thousand paintings!!! He stated that he was not a good painter at all except during the last two years of his life!!!
Dear: Do not stop trying at any age, it is never too late and you can start “now”. Age was never an obstacle for many people who achieved success.
