Bishops of the Coptic Orthodox Church in the Diaspora voted in the presidential election abroad, which is held from Friday till Sunday.
Bishops who voted were Bishop Soriel of Melbourne, Bishop Daniel of Sydney, Australia, Bishop David of New York, Bishop Sarabion of Los Angeles, Bishop Antonios Morcos of Africa and Bishop Mark of France.
The dioceses of the Coptic Orthodox Church called on all Copts in the diaspora to participate in the presidential elections. They also provided them with buses to transport them to the polling stations to emphasize their positive and patriotic role in participating in presidential elections abroad.
HH Pope Tawadros II, also called on all Copts and Egyptians to participate in the presidential elections in order to emphasize the role of the National Church.
