The Islamic State group, or IS, has killed 3,895 people in Syria, 2,114 of whom were civilians, since the proclamation of their so called caliphate late in June 2014, according to the tally released on Friday by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, or SOHR.
SOHR said that among the civilian victims were 78 minors and 116 women, who were either beheaded, stoned , shot dead, thrown from the top of a building, or burned by the IS radicals in different Syrian provinces.
