The Coptic Orthodox Cultural Center held the annual Mother’s Day celebration on Saturday, 24 March 2018, under the chairmanship of His Grace Bishop Ermia, General Bishop and head of the Center, to honor the mothers of martyrs and ideal mothers.
The celebration was attended by a number of public figures.
At the ceremony, HG Bishop Ermia honored the mothers of martyrs of the armed forces, the police and Sts. Mina and Kyrillos Church in Helwan alongside the mothers of the martyrs of Giza, monastery of St. Samuel the Confessor and martyrs of St. George church in Tanta.
The celebration turned into a love of Egypt demonstration and a clear message that the Egyptian, are united and gather together in joy and sorrow.
