The Prosecution of the Northern Cairo Accidents, under the supervision of Counselor Ibrahim Saleh, the First Attorney General of the Northern Cairo Prosecution, decided to imprison the accused for killing Fr. Samaan Shehata for 4 days.
Prosecutors continued to investigate the incident over the past 36 hours. The suspect was questioned and testimony of the witnesses was heard in the incident of killing Fr. Samaan Shehata, as a result of the assault from a person with a cold steel and was stabs in his stomach and head and he departed on the spot.
