Montasser said, in a post on “Facebook”: “The President of Minya University refused to appoint Amal Magdi Zaki Ghatas top of the Department of Archaeology at the Faculty of Literature, Minia University, after her name came in the payroll of teaching assistants recruitment from the Faculty of Arts, and she is the only one with honor in this specialization. “
 
He added: “The president of Minia University recruited : Hamada Ragab Togian Department of Arabic Language, Dina Abdel Ghani Department of French Language, Ahmed Mustafa Ibrahim, Department of Philosophy, Asmaa Ahmed Abdel Azim Department of Sociology and then left the Department of Archaeology without recruiting anyone, because the one who has to be recruited is Christian and her name is mentioned in the payroll of the faculty of Literature sent to the President of the university to approve it. “
