Anba Paula, Bishop of Tanta and its dependencies, narrated today the story of interference of the divine care in saving a large number of priests and 300 children at St. George church bombing in Tanta.
His Eminence said that Father Benjamin Iskander mother felt tired before the terrible terrorist attack by about 4 minutes and was taken to the baptism room and all the priests went to the room to check on her.
He pointed out that Fr. Bishoy proposed to hold a mass for the children only in St. Abanoub Church so they took about 300 children to the church, which reduced the number of casualties of priests and children, otherwise it would be a tragedy and mothers would have had a lot of pain as priests and children were near the explosion that shook the church, and resulted the death of 28 and injuring 76 others, most of them were discharged from the hospital and 12 still having treatement in Cairo and Tanta hospitals
