Their Eminences Bishop Beyman, Bishop of Qus and Neqada, and Rapporteur of the Crisis Management Committee of the Holy Synod, and Bishop Sarafim Bishop of Ismailia, and a delegation from the Crisis Management Committee visited the victims of the Al-Rawda mosque attack in Ismailia hospitals to check the health of the injured and support them and send them Pope Tawadros II salute and condolence.
The delegation was accompanied by Major General Yassin Taher, Ismailia Governor, and met Major General Ahmed Hamed, governor of Suez, who also came to check on the victims, where he discussed with the bishops the horrors of the attack and how they targeted unarmed worshipers and one of God houses and spoke about the nature of these people, whose mask has fallen, their intention to target the homeland and kill all Egyptians without discrimination became clear.
The visit coincided with the organization of several protests to condemn terrorism in front of the hospital. Their Eminence, joined in solidarity with the citizens to condemn terrorism and stressing on the support of the state agencies in its war on terror.
