His Holiness Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of the See of St. Mark consecrated on Saturday the altar, baptismal font and icons of the St. Mary’s, Daniel the Prophet & the Three Hebrew youths’ Church, as well as paying a visit to the Pharaonic Coptic Museum at the Canadian Coptic Center. His Holiness also consecrated the altar, baptismal font and icons of St. Philopatïr Abi Sefein’s Church in Guelph, Canada.
His Holiness had held a spiritual meeting with the people of the St. Mary’s and Abba Athanasius Church in Mississauga, delivering a speech entitled, “Cherisher of God’s House”, in which he stated: “I am pleased to see you all cherish the Church”, adding, “I could sense through the choir presentations how connected they are to the Coptic Church.
