HH Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of the Coptic Church stressed that extremist ideology is the most prominent motive of terrorist incidents and that unilateral thinking and ignorance of others is pushing to the occurrence of terrorist incidents, His Holiness said that we must deliver religion in a modern way and not through Structural speeches.
His Holiness pointed out in his speech at the International Conference of coexistence- we may differ in religious identity but never disagree on national identity and we want to emphasize that our society is based on respect to each others, tolerance and coexistence, and we need to stick to the openness of mind and responsibility
His Holiness added that there is a need to mass participation in the construction of human civilization through media we should also pay attention to the family as it is considered a pillar for building the community.
