His Holiness Pope Tawadros II based on an official invitation participated at the monthly meeting of a number of ambassadors of Asian countries in Egypt, which was held at the house of the Japanese Ambassador
His Holiness received the invitation to be the keynote speaker at this month’s meeting, to deliver a speech on the Egyptian Church and its history.
The meeting was attended by a number of ambassadors and ambassadors from Asia, including Japan, China, Australia, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand and a number of other countries.
During the meeting, His Holiness Pope Tawadros II spoke about the history of Egypt and the history of its Egyptian civilization, from which the other civilizations emerged.
