His Holiness Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of the see of St. Mark, received Grand Sheikh of Al-Azhar, Dr. Ahmad Al-Tayeb, and the Minister of Awqaf, Dr. Mohammad Mukhtar Gomaa.
Dozens of priests and bishops of the Coptic Orthodox Church also arrived at the Cathedral of St. Mark in Abbasiya to greet Pope Twadros II on Easter.
