HH Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of the see of St. Mark, met on Saturday with the families of the eight martyrs of St. Mark Church, who were martyred in 2017, at the papal residence.
The meeting was attended by His Grace Bishop Paveli, General Bishop of Montazah, Supervisor of the Youth ministry in Alexandria, Bishop Illarion, General Bishop of the Western Alexandria, Fr. Reweiss Morcos, Patriarchal Vicar, Fr. Amonios Adel, His Holiness the Pope secretary, Fr. Ebram Emile secretary of Alexandria Priests Council and priests of St. Mark church.
HH Pope Tawadros II, spoke with them about their spiritual and practical life, and checked on them and gave them souvenirs.
