Ghada Wali, Minister of Social Solidarity, announced the approval of the Council of Ministers headed by Dr. Mustapha Medbouli, Minister of Housing and Urban Communities Acting Prime Minister, to provide financial assistance and exceptional pension to the families of martyrs and those injured in St. Mina Church in Helwan attack, which took place on Friday, 29/12/2017 .
For his part, Fr. Agathon Riad, pastor of the church denied the statements made about the extraordinary pension of the families of the martyrs and those injured in the church incident itself.
He said these statements were not learned by the Church, that the ministry communicated with them or the families of martyrs and wounded, to do so.
After the incident, the Minister of Social Solidarity asked to study the conditions of the families of martyrs and victims of the terrorist attack and to provide all possible services and assistance from the Ministry.
