The Coptic Orthodox Church participated in the national campaign to reduce the consumption of water, themed “Every water drop counts”.
In August 2015, the Church signed a cooperation protocol with the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation within the framework of the National Campaign to Save the Nile, in which it was keen to raise the awareness of the Coptic people through the Church’s platforms.
In the same context, the Church joined the national campaign “Every drop counts”, and participated last March in the first meetings of the Committee, as well as in the workshops in the governorates, the most recent of which is the workshop of Marsa Matrouh. It is also scheduled to participate in a conference on the strategic plan for the campaign.
