We previously tackled the issue of team work that is the launching point of man’s success. Not only team work does encourage people to work harder, it also lessens the difficulty of the mission and encourages collaboration to overcome problems faced during work. We also told the tale of the rat that discovered the existence of a rattrap on the farm and he then warned the chicken, the pig and the ox. However, these animals didn’t help as they thing that the trap will not hurt them. So the rat decided to stand for that trap on its own. Then at night there was a sound heard on the farm indicated that the trap get hold of the rat. So the farmer’s wife went to see what was in the trap, yet it was snake whose tail was trapped. The snake stung the woman. As a result she got a fever so that the farmed decided to make a soup to help her recover. Thus, he slaughtered the chicken. Nevertheless, her sickness worsened and there were more visitors who came to check on her so the farmer had to slaughter the pig and when she died, he slaughtered the ox to be able to feed the whole crowd who came to offer their condolences. So, this trap caused the death of the three animals who thought it was only the rat’s problem.
When any of us faces a problem and we think that it is none of our business, however it may have an impact on all of us. All the events are interconnected and if we want to achieve personal success; that would not happen without collaboration to fix all our problems as a team. Thus, we may reach a deeper level of analysis accordingly a better solution. Thus, a person would be more secure if he finds out that he is working in a group.
Collaboration helps us to make a great use of all the available skills and experiences. No matter how much training or knowledge a person has, he would never attain the whole knowledge and skills of all the members of the team. The true perfection of team work is depicted at a concert when all the musicians are trying to play one tone. All the musical instruments are important not matter its role is main or not. Team work may be faced by inflexibility. So to work in a team, you should be flexible in accepting different points of view and mentalities. You should also have the skill of dealing with several personalities in each suitable way. In a team you will be more mature more than working on your own as dealing with different personalities will help you attain interpersonal skills. Don’t turn your disagreement with others into a personal animosity. It would lead to a real lose. Having different points of view is natural and it’s the starting point for creation that leads to distinguished success.
