On the morning of Tuesday, 31 July 2018, HG Anba Botros, General Bishop, led the Holy Mass service at St. Macarius Church in his monastery in Wadi El-Natroun with the participation of HG Anba Makkar, Bishop of Sharkia and 10th of Ramadan and with the presence of the Body of triple beatified, Anba Epiphanius.
The Mass was attended by the monks of the monastery, Bishops and the family of late Anba Epiphanius.
The body of the Abbot of St. Macarius Monastery arrived at his monastery from Damanhour General Hospital, to hold Funeral service which began at 12 pm. The body was received by Pontiffs of the Church, Their Eminences Anba Botros, General Bishop, Anba Daniel, Bishop of Maadi, Secretary of the Holy Synod, Bishop of Sharkia and 10th of Ramadan.
