Late in the evening, Maher Gerges Tawfik, 45, a barber from Beni Suef, died while reporting a file in Beni Suef police department.
A group of people assaulted him and threatened to destroy his shop so he reported this incident.

He went in a coma while he was going to the police station to report a file against someone who threaten him amid police violations accusation.
