Minister of Health heads the crisis and emergency room to follow up the conditions of victims of churches bombings.. Pumped 622 blood bags for Tanta and 422 blood bags for Alexandria
The Minister of Health and Population, Dr. Ahmed Emad El-Din, confirmed that all hospitals, human resources, medical supplies and blood bags were ready for the treatment of the injured of St. Mark church in Alexandria and St. George church in Tanta bombing, pointing to the pumping of 622 blood bags for the governorate of Gharbia hospitals and 422 blood bags to Alexandria Governorate hospitals.
This came during the chairmanship of the Minister to the Crisis and Emergency Room at the Ministry on Monday, in the presence of the Minister’s Advisor for Hospital Affairs Dr. Nanyes Adel, Assistant Minister for Human Resources and Training Dr. Hisham Atta, Head of the Medical Medicine Sector Dr. Mohammad Shawki and the representative of the Blood Bank.
Ministry of Health and Population, said that one of St. George Church injured , who was transferred to Nasser Institute Hospital passed away today, bringing the number of martyrs of Tanta to 28. He pointed out that the bodies of the martyrs were handed over to their relatives .
Spokesman confirmed some of the injured were discharged from hospitals, after the improvement of their condition. there still 35 patients who are in hospitals in Alexandria including 13 cases in the university hospital, 7 cases in Mustafa Kamel military hospital and 15 cases in the police hospital.
In Tanta 30 patients are still in hospitals, including 24 in the university hospital and 6 in the American hospital. He pointed out that 10 injured were transferred yesterday to Nasser Institute and Al-Munira hospital.
It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Health has announced on Sunday the death of 44 and 126 were injured in the terrorist attacks, which took place yesterday at St. Mark church in Alexandria and St. George church.
