Vesper Prayers and greeting of HH Pope Tawadros II at Virgin Mary and St. George Church in Amman, Jordan- Saturday, September 3, 2016

HH Pope Tawadros II expressed his thanks and gratitude to King Abdullah Bin Al Hussein, King of Jordan on the graciousness and hospitality given to His Holiness and his accompanying delegation since their arrival to the Jordanian capital Amman.
This came during his speech at the vesper in our church in Amman in the presence of Ambassador Tariq Adel Egypt’s ambassador to Jordan, Their Eminences Anba Anthonios Bishop of Jerusalem and the Near East,Anba Aalarion bishop of Ezbet Hagana, Almaza and Zahraa Nasr City churches, Anba Hermena bishop of Ain Shams and Mataria churches, Rev. Angeles Isaac and Rev. Ammonius Adel secretaries of His Holiness, and  priests in Amman.
His Holiness Pope Tawadros II has arrived to Virgin Mary and St. George Church in  Amman, where he held Vespers prayer then Bishop Anthonios delivered a welcome speech, and Father Antonios Subhi priest of Church  also delivered a speech , as he thanked God for the blessing and the Pope’s visit to the church, pointing out that this church had also been visited byThe late Pope Shenouda III.
