Fr. Boulos Halim, spokesman of the Coptic Orthodox Church, confirmed that His Holiness Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria, and Patriarch of the see of St. Mark, will pray the Christmas Mass in Cairo.
In an exclusive statement to Veto, Fr. Boulos revealed that His Holiness the Pope will arrive to Cairo after the two-week recuperation period, and he will therefore hold the Christmas Mass in Cairo.
The Church declared that His Holiness, the Pope, is recovering from a microscopic spinal surgery.
