“Together for Egypt” conference organized by Cairo governorate in cooperation with Ain Shams University launched at Ain Shams University under the patronage of HE Eng. Mostafa Madbouli, Prime Minister and attended by Prof. Khaled Abd El-Ghaffar Minister of Higher Education, representing the Prime Minister, Dr. Ashraf Sobhy Minister of Youth and Sports, Major General Mahmoud Shaarawy, Minister of Local Development, Eng. Atef Abdel Hamid, Governor of Cairo, Abdul Wahab Ezzat, President of Ain Shams University, His Grace Anba Ermia General Bishop and Head of the Coptic Orthodox Cultural Center, Prof. Maged Nagm, President of Helwan University, Prof. Mohammed al-Mahrasawi, president of Al-Azhar University and a number of senior state officials.
The conference is chaired by Eng. Atef Abdel Hamid, Governor of Cairo and Abdul Wahab, President of Ain Shams University, in the framework of the celebrations of June 30 revolution and the National Day of Cairo Governorate and held at the major conference hall of Ain Shams University.
At the end of the conference a number of ministers and successful youth models were honored and received the conference shield.
The conference was held in response to the invitation of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi to build the Egyptian human to pave the way for Egypt to move forward toward development and empower young people with explaining and clarifying a lot of issues for our youth and listen to them and answer all their questions through a number of meetings and seminars in youth centers in Cairo, held from 8 to 12 July in which nearly fifty leading figures of thought, opinion, culture and art speaks.
In accordance with the directives of the Governor of Cairo, Atef Abdel Hamid, a cultural program was organized for young people participating in the conference to visit museums, archaeological sites and the religious complex and attend “alSalam” band show
