Father of murdered soldier Bishoy Kamel Bushra said “we are waiting for the forensic report to determine my son death real causes,” pointing to “that he will accuse people in charge of his imprisonment and those who were with him in jail, and if the report is contrary to the truth we will appeal against it. “
He pointed out that “there is a record in the military prosecution on the death of his son, no one in charge of the case called me or questioned as I am the victim father,” stressing that “after the issuance of the forensic report I will sue the battalion commander who was present when the incident happen and is responsible of my son, demanding the rapid release of the forensic report.”
Remind that the police Coptic soldier Bishoy Kamel Bushra was found dead inside his Battalion cell, where he was in custody waiting for military trial, because of a quarrel between him and his colleague, “Mustafa”. And until now the family is waiting for the forensic report; to find out the real causes of Bishoy death whether he has suicide, or was killed.
