The website tiar.org managed to obtain a communication document generally sent to all security authorities issued on 26th August, 2014, reporting that there is information available about an indefinite number of foreign fighters with the ISIS organization in the Abi Samra locality, Tripoli, working on securing weapons to be used in attacks against the Lebanese army and Christian localities at the Eastern border.
To invest the information conveyed by this telegram, the authorities in question were asked to conduct investigations and interrogations as necessary and to take all necessary precautionary measures to avert any danger or any terrorist operation.
